Description
Unlike a regular pressure cooker, the IH Vacuum Pot can be easily opened and closed while cooking. Lock the lid on the pot after cooking, as food cools down an airtight "vacuum state" is created. This sealed state helps food to be cooked with steam and remain fresh.
